メールを開かなければならない
メールを読まなければならない
メールに返信しなければならない
この忌まわしい呪縛から、解き放ってくれる本である

最初から本質が提示される
「メールは、ビジネスの重要なツールであっても、ビジネスではない」（P18）
そしてその重要なツールとしての使い方を、著者の実践手順をもとに解説していく

もちろん、重要なレベルのメールを処理することも必要である
著者は、それを「ビジネス」ととらえ、具体的な方法を提示している
「一行返信」「キーワードメモ」「ＫＩＳＳ」「８０点でよし」．．
どれも、すぐに使えるものばかりである


実際に試してみたが、これはいい！
とにかくストレスが減ったのが嬉しい！
