この本の原著は「迷ったときは運命にゆだねなさい」以後にでているようです。
そのためか、この本のほうが「読むのに時間がかかりました」です。

内容が深いのと、現代アメリカの向けの「スピリチュアルマニュアル本」ではありません。
インド人バーバが意図するところを理解するのに、じっくりと時間がかかります。
かなり時間がかかります。
非常に面白いです。

翻訳の副題が「法則」になってますけど、それはやはり、原題「Fire in the Heart」であるべきかと思います。
この原題は、仏教で言われる「汝自身を灯火とせよ」と通じるものがあるように思いました。

と、思いました。１５歳の彼によくわかるように、本来難しい事についてでも　いろいろな例えや、お話をつけてわかりやすく書いてあります。
もし、読むことがあったら、きっと感動して、新たなことを発見できると思います。

バーバという教師と少年の物語になっていますが、少年が宇宙の法則をすこしずつ学んでいけるようになっています。その教えがとても深くて、心が洗われます。平易なことばと流れるような文章が、ゆったりとした時間の流れに読み手を導いていきます。

読んでいるうちに、呼吸が深くなるような本です。そして、自分のたましいに近づけてくれます。著者は本当のことを知っているのだろうなと、思いました。
ことばの選びかたが絶妙に上手いですし、人生に対してのやさしさがにじんでいます。
