【良いところ】
読みやすい。全て読み終えるのに半日くらいしかかかりませんでした。
ただし、私がこの本を読んだきっかけは、筆者が不動産投資の基本理念をどう持たれているかということであったため、
筆者の経歴や人生ポリシーを語られておられる部分は不要と考え、結構サラっと読みとばしましたが…。
【良くないところ】
おそらく「一般受けしない」やり方です。つまり、ルーティンワークを持っておられる方（サラリーマンや公務員など）にとって、
筆者の立ち回りは、よほどの時間と気合いがないかぎり不可能だと考えられます。ただ、不動産業や金融業の方など
多少の知識と経験がある方についてはある程度参考になるかもしれません。
【まとめ】
一般の社会人の、７５％が内容を理解できそうですが、９５％以上が筆者のノウハウの実現は不可能でしょう。

普通の日本のOLが「金持ち父さん」を実現した！
と，思いきや，著者は高校時代より金融商品をはじめ，アメリカ留学，外資系企業での転職転職を経験しているスーパーレディーです．
不動産購入にあたってはかなり色々シュミレーションをして検討しているようです．

この本を読んで実際に不動産購入をできる女性は少ないと思います．不動産投資を考えている男性で，奥さんの理解を得たい人が，妻へのプレゼントとしてはいかがでしょうか．

10円安い卵を買うために並ぶよりは，攻めの投資で稼ぎましょう！というスタンスです．

節約こそ最大の投資という石川 臨太郎氏の「潜在意識を活用した最強の投資術入門―あなたも簡単に年収3000万に手が届く現代の錬金術師シリーズ」とは相反する考えです．
これとセットでおすすめです．

　全体の印象は「この人は非常に力のある人なんだろうなぁ」ということでした。全体としての発想法には合理性があり、この人に向いている自分の方法論をしっかり確立しているという感じがしました。
　しかし、これを一般人がすぐに真似することはまずできません。結局、自分の身の丈に合った方法は自分で確立していくしかないわけです。私は株式投資を中心に頑張っていくつもりです。その方が合っていると思いますので。
