ドラッカー氏の著作は、2週間前から読み始めた。
「~の哲学」シリーズから入門した輩である。

何より面白いのは、この本で読んだ名言が
その原著となる著作に隠れていることだ。
名言探しは、正しく宝探しである。

名言集で「この言葉は、どんな文脈から生まれたのだろうか」と考え、
原著に当たると、何気ない言葉が抜き出されていることが分かる。

読み流してもおかしくないその言葉に
「~の哲学」では、スポットライトを当てて
素晴らしい演出をしている。

「~の哲学」→原著→「~の哲学」という読み方をお勧めする。
ドラッカー氏の思想がすっきりと頭に入る勉強法である。

激動のビジネス・シーンで組織が生き残る最善策は、チェンジ・エージェント（変革機関）となることであり、そのために「失敗の組織的廃棄」と「製品・サービス・プロセスの継続的改善」「体系的イノベーションの実施」が必要と、具体的で説得力ある言葉で迫ってくる一冊。ドラッカー自身が「組織の変革と継続は全著作のテーマ」とまえがきで言明しているが、確かに「変革の哲学」だけでなく「経営の哲学」「仕事の哲学」の根底に流れるテーマだと思う。また上田敦生の編訳が絶妙である。

変革の哲学者、ドラッカーの真骨頂を手軽に味わえるお買い得な一冊。お勧め。

ほとんどは、『イノベーションと企業家精神』からの引用で、
実際には、そちらの原典を読んだほうがいいです。

先に読んだ『仕事の哲学』は、個人のデベロップメント
に関する言葉の引用でしたので、珠玉の言葉集という位置づけ
で、一冊の本になったわけですが、変革、イノベーション、経営、
起業に関する引用文集は、ちょっと読み手にはきびしいな。
