ベストセラーになった「黄金の扉を開ける賢者の海外投資術」の金融機関活用の実践編。海外の銀行及び証券会社取引の方法を概観の上、日本人が利用可能な銀行、証券会社を13機関選定し、各々の概要から具体的な口座開設方法、取引方法を図も交えて解説。内容的には「投資術」というより、金融機関選定と取引方法のコンパクトな参考書の域を超えておらず、前著対比やや失望する読者が多いのではなかろうか。

銀行や証券会社のパンフレットを上手くまとめた内容となっている。
橘さんのオリジナリティーが希薄で味気ない仕上がりには残念。
新しい本が出るたびに単価が高くなっていくのに反比例して
質が劣化していっていると感じているのは小生だけではないだろう。

橘氏の愛読者にとっても評価が分かれる本だろう。
自分は氏の前著を「タイトル負けしている」と辛い評価をしたが、この本は評価したい。
地道な情報収集の成果と見れば評価も高いと思うし、情報がしっかりしていれば橘氏らしさは必要ない。

但し、一般庶民には敷居が高く、実行に移せるかは甚だ怪しい。
マス富裕層以上が対象と考えられる。「黄金の扉を開く」とは言い過ぎだが、
その可能性に近づけるのは一部の余裕がある階層だけだ。
