最近、妙な一ひねりを入れて、無理矢理レパートリーを増やしている料理本が多い気がします。
しかし、この本はそうではありません。
シンプルで、なおかつ必要なことをきちんと押さえています。
簡単で、美味しい。
今、手元にある料理本の中で、最も利用頻度が高いです。
「本を売るために作られたレシピ」ではなく「レシピを伝えるために作られた本」という、料理本の正しい姿を見せられた気がしました。

炒めものだけの本なんて・・と思っていましたが、どこでもとても評判が良いので、中身も見ずに購入しました。結論として大正解。沢山料理本を持っていますが、こんなに使える本はまずないと思います。購入３日にして、何種を試したことか。台所で余っていたのが悩みの種だった野菜が大量に無理なく食べられ、きれいに片付いています。材料も、魚介・肉のほかにももやし、レタス、きのこなど、手に入れやすく、火力も鍋も家庭で無理なく作れるやりかた。炒め時間などレシピの書き方も親切。味も私好みです。私は炒め油の量だけ減らして作っているのでダイエットにもいいと思います。少人数で野菜が余るご家庭の方にもおすすめです。

高級な中華料理ではなく、
中国の一般家庭で食べられているおかず。
それがこの1冊に詰まっています。
玉子とトマトの炒め物、
レタスのオイスターソース炒め、
ジャガイモの千切り炒めなど、
どれもご飯と一緒に食べたいものばかり。
持っていると便利です。
