ウエイトトレーニング歴15年になります。色々なテクニック本を所有しておりますが、本書が最も気に入っております。その理由は、1効果のある部位を詳細に図解2動作時の注意点と共に、類似エクササイズの紹介、さらに著者による適切なアドバイス3美術書の様な、丁寧で美しいイラスト、である。星５にしなかったのは、紹介エクササイズ数が若干少ない為。しかし内容は十二分に充実しており、限りなく５に近い４であり、是非お勧めしたい一冊である。

スポーツクラブでどのトレーニングがどの筋肉に効くのか知りたくて購入しました。特に筋肉や解剖学には詳しくない素人なのですが見るだけでも非常に参考になり、トレーニング中に意識する筋肉がどれなのかわかるようになりました。
特にスポーツクラブにある機器を中心に図解されているので、通っている人にはお勧めです。

各部位ごとにまとめられており、トレーニングの正しい姿勢や方法が詳しく書かれている。何よりも嬉しいのは、実際にどの筋繊維に効くのかが図解（いわゆる皮をはがした体）で色分けされている。これが実にありがたい。それぞれの筋肉を意識してトレーニングができる。
