　危機に陥ったときに人間がとる態度に二つある。ひとつは救助信号を発信し続けてひたすら助けを待つタイプだ。このタイプは助けてもらって当たり前だと思うことによって自分を甘やかし、結局は何ものをも作り出すことのないまま自分をダメにしてしまう（せいぜい厄介物に成り下がるくらいだ）。もうひとつはこの危機を乗り越えるためには自分でなんとかするしかいないと思い定め、立ち上がるタイプだ。このタイプはしばしばブレイクスルーを起こし、偉大なものを作り上げる。危機こそは人間が成長するためのまたとないチャンスでもある。本書を通してそのことに気づく人が一人でも増えることを願ってやまない。

さてこの度、
天井を見つめて只寝ているだけでは、生きる気力も起らないので、
生きるための目標を持とうという意味で、
「作者宗本智之の本が読みたい。」という、本好きな母の声から、
読み切りの短編エッセイの作成に挑戦してみました。
そして奮闘の末、1年の歳月を経てエッセイを作成致しました

素人の面白くない本で申し訳ないですが
よろしければ、2時間程度で読める、読み切りの短編エッセイ
ですので読んでくださいませ

A Kid's Review
数学は面白いと思ったのは、中学で幾何の問題に出会ったときでしたが、すっかり忘れていた数学の面白さを思い出させてくれました。

著者が数学に生きがいを見つけたのは、身体障害者としてTakeだけでなく、giveできる立場になりたかったと書いてありました。

そして、この本は著者の母上の希望で書かれたものですが、数学者としての著者、身体障害者としての著者を理解できる良い本で、素晴らしい社会へのプレゼントとなっています。
