ゲームのノベライズを買うのは久しぶりなのですが、昔と違って一人に絞って執筆されているのですね。
昔のノベライズときたら全員のシナリオを混ぜたあげくにつじつまの合わないオチになるようなものがよくありました。
この本は分校編の仁礼栖香嬢のシナリオを元にしていますが、ゲームでは物語の流れを阻害しているように感じられたHシーンがほどよくカットされてきれいにまとまっています。
個人的には本校編の風祭みやび嬢が一押しでしたので星ひとつ減ですがノベライズとしてはよくできています。
7月発売の短編集でみやび嬢のストーリーがあることを願います。

　魅力的なヒロインが６人もいるゲームですから，どのヒロインのルートを小説化するにしても，それ以外のファンから不満が出るのは，これはどうしようもないでしょう。
　そういう意味で「桜の精」のファン以外の人は，その時点でマイナスポイントがつくかもしれません。

・各ページの最下部に，ゲーム画面を利用した表現（場面を表す背景ＣＧと，キャラクターの表情のアップが配されている）は，いい雰囲気です。
　ただ，本文を読むのに集中してしまうと，まったく目がそちらにいかないので，善し悪しですが。
　後，挿絵を喰ってる気もします。

・挿絵はゲーム本編の画像とさほど違和感もない絵柄です。
　ただ，上述のゲーム画面（背景ＣＧ，キャラクター表情ＣＧ）があるので，挿絵の存在意義が薄目に感じられたのも事実です。

・終盤の微妙な読み応えのなさはマイナスかも。
　分量的にもう少しボリュームが欲しかったというのが正直なところです。
　ゲーム本編の分量から考えれば，よくまとまっているとは思いますが。

　内容そのものには大きな改編はないので，その点での不満はありません。分量の調整上，削られる場面が出るのは仕方ないですしね。
　その分の調整か，ゲーム本編中になかったちょっとしたシーンの追加が１つ２つあります。その追加分は雰囲気を損ねていなくてよかったです。

　全般的には，さほど問題なく受け入れられるレベルかと思います。
