泉 幸男
昭和34年、愛媛県松山市生れ。昭和57年、東京大学法学部卒業。昭和59年、東京大学教養学部教養学科卒業(ロシア・朝鮮地域研究、卒論をロシア語で書く)。同年、総合商社に入社、以来発電プラントの輸出に携わる。昭和62年~平成元年、中国・北京に駐在。以後、中国・広東省、香港、フィリピン、タイなどで発電プラントの契約交渉・履行にあたる(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

大変面白かったです。

どの話も、目からウロコで衝撃的ですが、
それと同時に、

「あ、そういうことだったんだ」

と、すごくすっきり中国が理解できました。

自分にも経験ありますが、たしかに中国の方、
ムチャ言う人多いんですよ~。

ある日本企業が、中国側のムチャに対して、
どう対応すべきか著者へ相談にきたときの話に
共感しました。

（中国人は）それでも「他に方法がない」となれば、

一応は相手側に理不尽を言ってみる。

行動パターンの違いである。

相手方が乗ってくれば、悪いのは自分ではない。
相手が乗ってこなければ、それまでだ。

それだけのことである。

この信じられないような軽さが中国世界なのである。

無重力状態を漂うごとく、そこに身をまかせると心地よいことも、
ままあるが。

著者のメールマガジンを購読しているので、バイアスがかかっていますが、それでも、大変わかりやすく、実際為になる中国人論と思います。今は大変過激な本が多くて、それはそれで真実があるのでしょうが、日常的に中国人とつきあいのない私には信じがたいところが多いです。しかし、この本は、、、とは、と十派ひとからげにするでもなく、さりげなく、著者の周囲の人について評しています。タイトル通り、実際に会う前に読むとひどい先入観をもつでもなく、必要な予備知識をえることができるでしょう。文章が少なく、すぐ読めてしまうので、ちょっと割高感があります。６５０円ぐらいにして欲しかった。

天安門事件当時北京駐在。キレイ事無しの中国人論。
メルマガも絶好調。しかも、本名での執筆です。

うわべばかりの「日中友好」をさえずっている脳足りん達にぜひとも読んでもらいたい。
なぜ、中国政府が執拗に日本に対して「非友好的」なことを仕掛けるのかがわかる。

河野洋平、橋本龍太郎あたりに読んで欲しいね。
