　私も2年弱で銀行を退職しました。主な理由は生活の全てを仕事に注がなければならないこと、それに見合ったやりがいと賃金が得られない事です。
　就活中は人事担当者のセールストークに乗せられて、会社のいいところばかりに目がいき、悪いところから目を逸らしがちです。
　多少悪い面が誇張されているような気はしますが、冷静な目で会社を選ぶためにもこの本を一読されることをお勧めします。

元銀行員として言わせてもらえれば、内容はおそらく真実でしょう。特定の銀行でのエピソードが、リアルに描写されています。２年の実務経験で銀行のことを語れるのかという声もあるでしょうが、仕事について語るのならまだしも、実際にあった出来事や社風についてありのままに描くのに、２年というのは十分すぎる年数でしょう。暴露本的な一面もあるので批判も多数見受けられますが、ネットで見る限り、そのほとんどが一方的で、悪意や何らかの意図から来ていると感じざるを得ません。欲を言えば、もう少し仕事そのものについての話も含めてほしかったです。

私は半年で銀行から他業界へ転職した者です。
当時は一般職として事務をしていました。

知人から紹介を受け最近になってこの本を知ったのですが、
「そういえば、こんなことあったなあ」という感想を持ちました。

自分の考えを持ち、人に意見を言うことが許されない世界。
何度と無く先輩から「おまえは向いてないよ」と言われ、
ほとほと疲れ果てて転職を決意しました。

今の職場は自由な雰囲気で、
年次に関係なく仕事のできる人が仕事を任せられ、
言いたいことがあれば素直に言える空気があります。
それが普通なのかも知れません。

就職活動を控えた大学生さんは、目を通しておいたほうがよいです。
私はたまたますぐに転職先が決まりましたが、
同期は今もなおつらい思いをして働いているようです。
「はやく辞めようね！」が合言葉だとか・・・。
私のいた銀行では鬱病になって辞めざるを得なくなった同期が
知ってるだけで２人います。

入るな、なんて言えませんが、
現実は知っておいたほうが良いと思います。
