5.0 out of 5 stars 初学者が「まず六法の全体像を知りたい」ときはコレ, 2008/12/23
「まずは理解せずともテキストをひととおり一読してみる」と、たいていの勉強法書籍でこの「まずは全体像をつかむ方法」を進めていますが、初学者や学力レベルの低い者が『難易度の高い法律系資格テキスト』相手にこの方法をとってしまうと「読破したがチンプンカンプン」、無駄な時間の浪費におちいる危険性があると思います。
この本は六法の全体像を簡潔に一冊にまとめあげた、初学者のみならず、六法関連の資格試験者が試験直前に各項目をサッと問答するにもそのコンパクトさから最適と思われます。
冒頭には法哲学や法思想にもふれており、解釈を含むリーガルマインドの大切さを強調する著者の熱意は、読む側の意欲を掻き立てます。
コンパクトな六法と法律用語辞典を傍らにこれを通読・熟読すれば資格テキストの理解度が飛躍的に増すと思います。独学者に特にお勧めします。

一冊あれば主婦や大学進学前の高校生などには大丈夫です。
浅く広い知識が身につきます、ただ、本気で学びたい方はこの本を終えた後に新しい本を購入することをお勧めします。
