ざっくり著作権の概要をつかむには良いですが
受験するための参考書としてはお粗末です。

要点としている内容がほぼ全編に匹敵しており
要点をまとめている意味が果たせていません。

結果的に同じ文章が何度も出てくるので
ページ数のわりに内容が少ないです。

それから、致命的な誤字も数カ所ありました。
(重要な単語の漢字間違いなど)


前回試験と回答が掲載されていても、
間違った際に見直すべきところも
指摘されていないので使いにくいです。

私は本書を受験後の答え合わせにすら
満足に活用できませんでした。


対策本が少ないので、選択せざるを得ないところですが
過去問をじっくりやったほうが
合格には近づける気がします。


とりあえず概要はつかめるので☆2つです。

次の３つの理由で、本書を購入しました。
１．初級・上級対策が１冊で済む。
２．過去問題（出題例）が各１回分だが掲載されている。
３．難しい「法律書」のイメージがない（実際に難解な
表現はほとんどなかった）。
　特に法律を学んだことのない私には３つ目が重要で
あり、これで初級・上級検定の双方に合格できたので、検定
対策本としては５つ星です。
