確かに初心者がイメージをつかむには良い本だと思います。
でも、初心者にはＴＡＣから出ている公務員用のまるごと講義生中継民法という本が
１５００円あれば購入できる以上、この本を買う必要性は
乏しいような気がします。
　実際、この本とまるごと講義生中継を民法の勉強がしたいという
金融機関勤務の方に両方読ませてみると後者の方がわかりやすいようです。
　この本を買おうとする人は両方読み比べてみる人は少ないようですので
書店で両方読み比べてみることをお薦めします。
