毎日の夕ご飯向きではないのですが、豪快なおもてなしにもってこい。
繊細な感性の光る女性料理研究家も好きですが、それとはまったく違った別の魅力です。
今まで食べたことのない、未知の味に出会えます。
高価な食材、聞いたことのないような調味料を使ったレシピも結構あります。

だけど、プロのお料理ガイド、しかも無国籍だから、むしろそうあるべきかなと納得。

主婦料理というよりシェフ料理というのですか・・豪華なのかなという感じは受けますが、色々ごちゃ混ぜの感あり。料理の主旨・ポイントを的確に説明して欲しい。写真がくどすぎる。
