何冊かパンの本を購入したけれど、何か納得いく本がどれもなかった。初心者の私にはわかりやすい説明と、写真での手順がしっかり載っている本が欲しかったのです。
けれどこの本はそれを全部満たしてくれる、納得のいく充実した本です！
これからパン作りを始めたい方、一通りパンを作ったけれど、いろんなレシピを作りたい方でも全部カバーしてくれる本です。
買って良かったパンの本、ナンバー1です。

私はすでに自己流でパンを焼いていますが、ちゃんと基礎のお勉強をしたいと思い購入しました。
とにかく一つ一つの工程に細かく写真や解説が付いているので、初心者さんにはお勧めです。
レシピ数も多いし、道具や材料、パン用語の解説まで付いていて盛りだくさんの内容にも満足できました。

今まで一度もパンを作った事が無かったので、
一番写真が多くて、簡単そうなこの本を選びました。

基本のバターロールを作りました。パン生地の写真を見ながら
こねたり、発酵状態を確かめたり出来たのでとても助かりました。

時間はかかりますが、パンがふくらんで焼けた時の感動は予想以上！
お薦めの本です。
