お店に食事に行ったときに、家でもキハチ風な料理を作りたいと思い、購入しました。
普段使いではないものの、特別な日に普段と違う物を作りたいと思ったときに開く本です。
ちょっと手に入りにくい食材が使われていたりしますが、がんばってさがしてます。料理好きな人にはおすすめ。
