図書館で２冊コーヒー関連の本を借りてきたのですが、自家焙煎するための知識にはならず、本屋で探してこの本が一番良かったので買いました。値段も手ごろだし、また電動グラインダーを２つ持ってるにも関わらず手でコリコリ挽くコーヒーミルまで騒動買いしちゃいました！挽きたて新鮮な豆で淹れるコーヒーはおいしい。けど正直温度にまで気を使ってなかったです。これからは本を参考に改善してコーヒー豆の持ってるおいしさしっかり抽出したいと思います。。

コーヒー全般のことがとても簡潔にまとめられた良書だと思います。
コーヒーに合う水、豆の保存法、コーヒーメーカーの洗い方、ラテアートの楽しみ方など、
こまかな点まで網羅されてて、
とりあえずこれ一冊でコーヒーの基礎はマスターできる感じです。
「コーヒーカップとティーカップの違い」とか
「缶コーヒーは日本発祥」とか、
雑学うんちくネタも盛り込まれているのも○。
ただ個人的に、表紙がもうちょっと格好よければ…
（中はいまどきっぽいデザインなのに…）
そこが唯一残念です
