私は妊娠も出産も経験ないので、具体的にこの本のお世話になるのはまだ先（のはず）ですが、これは読んでいてとにかく楽しいです。主人公とそのご主人が短編マンガでドタバタを繰り返し頑張っていく構成ですが、この若い夫婦かなり明るく親しみやすいので、マンガを読むだけでも、また若い子が心得に読むのにもおすすめ。続編の「赤ちゃんですよ」も読みたくなって、今購入手続き中。

ひどいつわりの時に買った『おめでたですよ』は、私の妊婦生活の支えでした！マンガの主人公がつわりと闘っているのを見ると「私も頑張ろう」なんて思ったりして。カタめの妊娠解説本からは得られない「励まし」をたくさん感じられます。もちろん、医学的な解説もちゃんとあって安心。つわりの乗り切り方からマタニティウェアや出産用品選び、気をつけなくてはいけないことなど、すべてこの１冊が教えてくれますよ。

おめでたかな？と思ったとき、旅行中だったので、旅先の書店で購入し、ドキドキしながら読みました。妊娠についての本はたくさん出ていますが、わかりやすく、読みやすく、また内容も具体的で詳しく丁寧に書かれているので、他のどの本よりも役に立ちました。マンガもいちいち頷けるトピックで、共感できます。結局出産後も、「赤ちゃんですよ！」「うちのおちびちゃん」と、同じシリーズのお世話になりました。
