前作に引き続いて、またたくさんの言葉に出会えました。
ひとつひとつの言葉と、それをやさしく噛み砕いて心に注いでくれているかのような、やさしいモタ先生のお話で、読みながら自分の心が和らいでいくのがよくわかりました。
日々生活していると、いろいろなことがありますが、ゆっくりと一つ一つの言葉を読んでいる時間は、ちょっと一休みして自分自身と向き合う本当に贅沢な時間のように感じました。
何度も読み返せる大切な一冊です。

いい言葉は、いい人生をつくる
というのは本当かもしれません。不平不満、悪口雑言をいうより、前向きなことば、他人を幸福にするようなことばを自然に言える人が素敵です。
ことばは単なる言語ではなく古来から魂が宿るといいます。すなわち「言霊（ことだま）」です。いい人生のためにも言葉を大事にしたいと思いました。

前回のが良かったので、続編を買いました。
読んでみると前回と同様に心に響くのもありましたが、
ほとんどの内容にガッカリしました。
著者は医師という地位、お金もあるから、ワーキングプア、働きたくても働けない人たちの立場が全く分かってないから平気でこんなこと書けるんだろうという内容もあり残念でした。
