ちょっとコーヒー通になりたいなぁ…と思って購入☆
とりあえずこの１冊ってかんじの詳しくて親切な内容です。

カフェのメニューにのってるようなカフェラテ・カプチーノ等のアレンジコーヒーは
一通り分かるし、アルコールやフレーバーものの説明・写真もよかったです。
「豆マメ辞典」もへぇ〜って連発しながら読みました。豆の知識激増しました☆
道具やお洒落なコーヒーカップ、その上、コーヒーのための水・砂糖・乳製品の知識も
面白かったです。

コーヒーの入れ方も、ペーパードリップ・ネルドリップ・サイフォン式・直火式エスプレッソ
コーヒーマシンを使った方法など、写真と説明が分かりやすかったです。

フレーバーのコーヒーとシロップがたくさん載っているのと、楽しそうな雰囲気はよかったのですが、肝心のコーヒーを入れるとき、豆の量をどれくらい、お湯の量をどれくらい、お湯の温度をどうすればいいという基本が書いてないようです。
これではコーヒーを淹れられない…。
また、最近スターバックスで出してくれる「コーヒープレス」についてもまったく触れられていません。知りたいことが抜けているのが、とても残念でした。
