イメージ先行ではない、実用的な本を探していて、この本に行き着きました。
余計なことが書いていなくて分かりやすいです。
種類や写真も豊富で、見やすく、初めてのパンづくりが楽しくなります。
強いて難点を言えば、分量が細かすぎるかな？と。水124mlとかありますから。

私が最初の一冊として選んだ本です。基本のパンの作り方がとても丁寧に解説されていて、写真がきれいで多く載っているので、初めてでも上手にパンが焼けました。今ではこの本に載っているバターロールにアレンジしていろいろなパンを作ることが出来るようになりました。初心者におすすめです。

今までいろんな本を使ってパンを作りましたが、うまく出来ませんでした。又、うまく出来るのもあれば出来ないのもあったりでした。が、この本に出会ってからは、どれを作っても失敗はなく、皆からおいしいと評判がいいです。作るのも楽しいです。こんなすばらしい本でこの値段は安いです。
