出産して仕事を続ける女性のための本はいくつか出ていますが、これが断然ベスト！ではないでしょうか。

何といっても、バランス感が良いです。副題のとおり「育児と仕事、どっちも大切だから」ということを自然と行うことができるためのノウハウが、偏りなく、押し付けがましくなく、とてもリアルに書かれています。本当に職場で一員として働いている人なら、納得する内容です。

一人の著者の考えたことがつづられている本・エッセイもいいですが、やはり一冊はこういったノウハウ本は必須かなと思います。

出産を考え始めたころから職場復帰後の様子まで、段階ごとの生活イメージを描いたマンガページが途中途中で挟まれているのですが、意外とこれがイメージがわきやすくて、印象に残りました（笑）
