　１つのお菓子のレシピに関して、１つ１つの段階ごとに写真で
説明がしてあり、とてもわかりやすいと思います。

　レシピには、『ベーシック』と『アレンジ』との区別がしてあり、
上級者の方でしたら「ベーシック」のお菓子から自分でオリジナル
レシピを作ることもできるかもしれません。（＾＾）

　「ベーシック」のお菓子は本当に「基本の簡単なお菓子」
だと思います。

　私自身お菓子作りに関しては、とっても初心者なのですが
他の本を書店等で見ていて「難しそうだなぁ・・・。」と
諦めてしまうようなレシピも、写真を見ながらなので
自分のとどう違うのか気にしながら、とても楽しく簡単に作れました。

　なので「お菓子を作りたいのだけれど何からやればいいんだろう？
何から作ればいいんだろう？？」という方にオススメだと思います。
