本が好きでいろいろなレシピをためしてみましたが
この本のレシピが一番おいしかった☆
また、人へプレゼントをして（大人）喜ばれました。
チョコレートのレシピはたいてい甘すぎるきらいがありますが
この本で作ると男性でも食べやすい味みたいです。
ビジュアルも申し分なく、チョコレート菓子をつくるときは
かなり所有しているレシピ本の中でも活用度が高い一冊です☆

チョコレートのお菓子は好きだけど、テンパリングしなくてもよいお菓子をもっと作りたいなぁと思っていたら、この本に出会いました。たとえばガトー・ショコラだけでも何通りものレシピがあって飽きずに楽しめますし、ムースやプリンなどの冷たい菓子や生チョコも載っています。作り方や卵白の泡立て方などが丁寧に説明されているのが嬉しいです。クーベルチュールを使うと多少値が張りますが、この美味しさを味わうためなら安く感じられるほど気に入っています。是非お試しあれ。

チョコレートの専門書はほんとうに沢山ありますが、そのなかでもお勧めの一冊です。
本格的なチョコレート菓子を作るために必要な知識(クーベルチュールチョコレートの扱い方・ブランド、テンパリング、器具)が基礎からしっかり丁寧に解説されています。
フルカラーで出来上がり写真はもちろん、手順の写真も掲載されているので
わかりやすいです。

日頃からお菓子作りをされる方はもちろん、初心者の方でも本格的でおいしいチョコレートが作れます。(この本でしっとりおいしいガトーショコラを焼けるようになりました。)
ふだんのおやつ作りには他の方のレシピでつくってしまいますが、バレンタインなどはこの本のレシピで気合をいれてつくります(笑）

濃厚で苦味のきいた大人のショコラが作れます。おすすめです。
