勉強したいのに、続かない。やる気がしない。
と漠然とした問題を抱えながらも、この課題に正面からは恐くて取り組めませんでした。
私の場合とりあえず気が乗ったときに集中して勉強、というパターンの繰り返しばかりしてきました。
勉強が続かない本当の理由が明かされるにつれ、自分の考え方のクセが
よく分かり、自分と向き合うのがちょっと恐くもあります。
ーだから、ここを越えてこそ、勉強が続くようになるのですね。

すぐ勉強法のテクニックに走ることなく、まず勉強が続かないときの心理を
詳しく追求して解説しているのがこの本の深いところだと思います。
「あなたは誰のために勉強するのか」という部分を読んで
純粋な気持ちで勉強に取り組み、社会に貢献していく、真直ぐな気持ちを忘れたくないと感じました。
勉強法自体を見直すことは、これからの人生で時間をどう使うのかの見直しにもつながります。
自分の中のこだわりを再点検できるので、側において必要な時に取り出したりして、長く読める本です。
私なりの「勉強革命」に伴走してくれる書として大切にしたいと思います。

大変よみやすい本ですが、その内容にとても納得できます。勉強を続けていく上で、「なぜ、勉強が続かないか」ということが何よりも大切な質問です。そんな質問に答える形で、納得させてくれるこの本は、誰にとっても参考になるでしょう。ちょっとした言葉を変えてみることから、フォトリーディングの手法まで欲張りな読者にも満腹感を味わえる良書といえるでしょう。

　みなさんの評価が高いので期待してましたが、読了後の感想は「いまいち」です。

　自分の内面をさぐりモチベーションを高める方法が書かれていますがじっくり書かれてあるため内容が少なく、後半のフォトリーディングの紹介もオマケ程度でなんだか1冊にまとまりきれていないという印象をうけました。

　多少は勉強や自己啓発をしており、それでもなかなか勉強が続かない/はかどらないという方には本書はあまり向いていないと思います。あくまで勉強初心者向けではないかと思います。それなりに勉強を繰り返している方であれば本書の内容は既にご存じでしょうから物足りないと感じるのではないかと予想します。

　本書のフォトリーディングの紹介も、私はフォトリーディングを普段から活用していますので余計に蛇足に感じ、なんだかとってつけたように思えました。すいません。


　ただ、みなさんの評価は高いのでご自分で手にとって判断してみてください。このような評価の人間もいるのだな、という参考程度にレビューを投稿させていただきました。
