とってもとっても素敵な本でした！　私がこれまで読んだ本の中で一番共感でき、そして日本中の人に読んでいただきたいと思いました。
精神科医である越智さんの本は、今回偶然本屋さんで見つけたのですが、文体がとても親しみやすく明るくて、楽しく読めました。
「愛」と「笑い」の大切さ、その影響の大きさがこの本で実証されています。
今、問題になっている子どもの不登校や親の虐待など、これらすべてが「愛」の力で解決できるのです。
この本の途中に「あなたも『宇宙人』といわれたことはありませんか？」という文があったのですが、私は今ちょうど、娘に毎日「宇宙人」と呼ばれているので、ちょっとうれしかったです。
とにかく、この本はいろいろな心の問題も解決してくれて、幸せに生きる方法を教えてくれます。すべての人にお勧めです。

越智先生の「人生のしくみ 」を読んで
とても感動して、この本も読んでみました。

「人生のしくみ」と重複するところもありましたが
相変わらず、楽しくて、愛に溢れていました。

先生がよく言っている
「愛を送るハグ」を実際に、子どもにやってみました。
この子は、愛を与えるのも、受け取るのも
あまり上手ではなかったのですが
ハグをし始めて、心を開いてくれたように感じます。
（ハグをし終わったあとは、ものすごく幸せそうな顔をしてくれました。）

そして、なによりもハグをしている私が感動して
（なにか、あったかいものに包まれる感じです）
涙が出そうになりました。

愛って、すごいなー。
ハグって愛だなーと思いました。

　越智先生は、これまで、漫画も含めて多くの本を出していますから、越智先生のファンなら、先生の体験されたことについて詳しい方も多いと思います。
　この本を読めば、現在活躍されている越智先生がどうやって、何を吸収して、「今の越智先生」になったのか、更に詳しくわかります。

　そして、「愛」という掴みどころのない、でもなんとなく惹かれるモノについて、親子や兄弟姉妹・友人などの間の「愛」から、セックスを含む男女の「愛」まで、啓子流のユーモアたっぷりの語り口で一刀両断（？）しているのが、この本です。
字が大きくて、スイスイ読めてしまうのも、啓子先生の愛の力でしょうか。

読んだあとは、ほんわかあったかな気分になれます。オススメです。
