場の空気をどう読んで、場のエネルギーを味方に引きこむかがよくわかりました。できるかどうかわかりませんが、やってみようと背中を押してくれました。人間関係のコツを勉強したい人、職場でもっと好かれたい人には読んでもらいたい１冊です。

　相手の立場で考える。
　相手の立場で話す。

　今まで、こう考えてきて実行してきた。
　この本を読み、もう少し踏み込む必要性を感じました。

　相手に物事の視点を置く。

　今までの私は、「相手の立場で考える」という状態であり、視点は
　自分から離れていなかったように思います。

　もっと、相手に近づくことにより、自分の能力向上を図っていこう
　と思いました。

何冊か中島さんの本を読ませていただきましたが
今回の本は、今までの著書と同じような引用が多くて
前にも読んだな、、、と思うことが多かったです。

特に西出博子さんの著書を私は前に読んだことがあるので
彼女の著書からの引用は、全く新鮮さも無く感じました。

西出さんの本を読んだことがなく、中島さんの他の本も
読んだこと無い人にはお勧めだと思いますが
そうでない人には、ちょっと物足りないかもしれません。
