この本に載っているやり方は、ビジネス本を読んでいる人には結構なじみのある言葉が多いと思います。
ＫＪ法、マインドマップ、ＭＥＣＥ、イソズミマジック、etc…
１ページに１つの手法、１０章で９５の道具・手法（ツール）が載っています。
ビジネス本を結構読んでいる方は、おさらいの意味で購入してもいいとは思います。

が、いかんせん無理やり１ページに収めなきゃならないという制限があるようなので、
ツール本というより、表面的なツール紹介本であることは否めません。
あまりビジネス本を読んだことのない、社会人１年目の人などには役に立つんじゃないでしょうか。
これからそれぞれを深めていく入門書として。

ただ、これだけのツールを紹介できる中島孝志はすごいですね。
さすが年間３０００冊を読んでいるだけはある。

最近うつ病と診断され、何をするにも無気力な状態が続いています。
このままでは・・と思い、動こうとするのですが、頑張れば頑張るほど動けなくなってしまいます。それを悔いてまた無気力になります。
最近は本を読む元気も失くしていました。

しかし、この本は読み続ける事が出来ました。見開きごとに話がまとまっていて、大変読み易かったです。
また、この本に書いてある事を実践することで仕事も少しずつではありますが、進むようになってきました。
それに伴いうつ病も少し、軽くなりました。

仕事がなぜかうまく進まないと感じられている方、無気力でどうしたらいいかわからないと感じている方、これ一冊で全てが解決すると言うわけではありませんが、まず一歩目として読まれる事をオススメします。

　非常にオススメです｡
