「他人とコミュニケーションがうまくいかなかった。人間関係で悔しい思いをした」
なんて思ったのがきっかけで、この手の本を読もうと思われる方もいらっしゃるでしょう。
実際、この通りに実行すると他人に好かれちゃいます。
ついでに自分も良い人にならなくてはいけませんが（笑）
自分自身の心を制す者が相手の心を捕らえることができるのでしょうね。

タイトルに「悪」だとかつける必要がないと思えるまともな内容。心理テクニックも簡単で使えるものだし、よくまとめられている。
著者の狙いなんでしょうが、その人にとってしあわせになれたらそれでいいのかも知れません。

　あくどい手段が紹介されているかと思いきやまともな内容です。

　なんとなく日常的シチュエーションでの心理テクニックという印象を抱いていたのですが読んでみるとビジネス寄りのお話でした。ビジネスにおける自己コントロールの話題が中心で、ストレス対策や睡眠の質をあげることにまで話がおよんでいます。コミュニケーションにおける心理テクニックというよりはちょっとしたビジネス心構えのように感じました。

　内容は実用的ですので一読の価値はあります。

自分自身に対する、ちょっとした心理誘導で“最高のパフォーマンス”をあげる人になるとか、
人生を思い通りに変える／思い通りの方向へ誘導するといった「感情コントロール」についての本です。

自分の気分に波があると感じていたり、なんで自分は上手くいかないんだ、とか日頃感じているストレス多き現代人にとっては、自分の感情や心理を制御する手段について知っておいて損はないでしょう。

また自分と関係する人の心を離さなくする「戦略的つきあい」の方法についても書かれています。

「悪の」とか「アメリカで実証された」ってタイトルが、内容に比べて少々大仰過ぎではありますが、
アメリカの実戦心理研究を進めている著者さんだから、まぁ許されるのかな？
タイトルは本を売る重要手段ですしね。
