ＴＶの子供の好き嫌いをなくす特集によく出演している熱海勝さんのレシピ集です。ちょっとした工夫で普通に料理するよりも野菜の甘さが味わえたり、また紹介されている秘伝のソースやたれは大人も一緒に楽しめる味。少々手間のかかるものもありますがこの野菜がこんな味？というお料理も…。写真がないのが残念ですが、好き嫌いをなくす目的じゃなくても新しい野菜のおいしさが発見できる本。
