フロイト以前の医師の治療は患者の話を聞かない治療であった。フロイトは自由連想法
を始めることによって、今まで患者の嘘といわれていたものにたいして謙虚に耳を傾け
る作業を行っていった。

その中で構築されていったのが精神分析である。一般に精神分析と言うとその理論がも
てはやされるが、精神分析の中でもっとも重要なのがその技法である。中立性・禁欲原
則・平等に漂う注意・分析の隠れ身といった態度や、転移解釈や発生論的解釈の技法は
今なお有効に使用することができる。

フロイトのこれらの技法論文を見直すことにって、今の自分の臨床技法を再点検してい
くきっかけになるものと思われる。

5.0 out of 5 stars 有名な症例と技法論, 2002/7/24
かの有名なシュレーバーと狼男の症例がおさめられているのがこの巻。ちなみに他の症例は五巻にすでにはいっている。また、フロイトの技法論のほとんどもこちら。『フロイド選集』と訳者は同じなので過度な期待を寄せるのは的はずれだが、なんとか読めるし、「排除」なんかもきちんと訳している。

　症例はひとつひとつが結構長いし、フロイトを理解する上でも読まなくてはならないものばかりではなく、臨床にたずさわるものなら読まないはずがないものなのだし、この巻は買っておくべきものだと思われる。何よりフロイトの臨床はどこか面白い。夜寝る前とかに少しずつ読むといつか読み終わるのでがんばれ。
