今まで、オーリングテストに興味があったのだが、2人でできる方法しか知らなかった。この本で紹介されている、桜宮式では親指と薬指を使う、ひとりでできるオーリングテストについて詳しく書かれている。情報やいろいろなものがいま身近にあふれているなかで、何が自分に良いものなのかを知る上で、非常に役に立っている。

これは、オーリングテストについてのコツや気をつけるべき点などを詳しく書かれています。とても参考になりました。
しかも、自分ひとりで出来るオーリングテストを独自で開発されており、実践面でもとても役に立つ内容だと思います。オーリングテストの可能性をとても感じられるもので、正直、学ぶのがとても楽しく思います!!

　仕事上で利用できるかなと思い、購入してみましたが、読んでみて、なんとなくやってみようという気になれなかった。本当に効果があるのか、いまひとつピンときませんでした。それが、Oリングテストをやってみようという気になれない理由のひとつです。
　いまひとつ読者に訴えかけるものが、足りないような内容だと思いました。
　でも、やってみたい方は購入して試されてみてもいいのでは・・・。
