家族が腰痛や膝痛、肩こりを抱えています。最近子どももスポーツを始め時々怪我をするようになりました。痛くても試合や仕事があると休むわけにはいかず可哀相だな~~と思っていました。よく通っていた整骨院でテーピングをしてもらうと調子が良かったのですが、引っ越して遠方になってしまって通えなくなりました。
そんな折り、丁度見つけたのがこの本です。スポーツテーピングは知識となりより技術が必要で難しそうですが、本書は１~２枚のテープを急所に素人でも貼れるように書いてあります。予防・健康・スポーツと広範囲に使える良書です。
