大森 一慧
1933年、静岡県生まれ。純正穀物菜食料理研究家、栄養士。夫であり食養医学家であった故大森英櫻氏の無双原理をベースに、陰陽の法則に基づく食生活を半世紀以上実践する。体と心のバランスをとりもどす食事と手当て法を伝える穀物菜食料理の学校「一慧のクッキング」を開校。自然治癒力を高める陰陽料理のおいしさと、手当て法の的確な判断には定評がある。マクロビオティックの神髄を伝えるべく、全国各地で食の講義や料理教室を行っている(本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです)

ほぼ全部作ってみました。 というか簡単ですぐ出来るものが多いので、この本のレシピは出番が多いです。 家族にも好評ですし。 青菜のゆで方は目からウロコでした。 苦手な春菊が好きになりました。 初心者さんで、大森さんのシリーズを買うなら、まずはこの本を最初に買うことをおすすめします。 それから他の本に入って行くとさらに分かりやすいです。

マクロビの理論もわかりやすく説明されているしレシピも簡単で作りやすいものばかりです。初心者の方には特に入りやすい本だと思います。

野菜の切り方などすごく初歩的なところから詳しく書いてくれています。そして、カラーで見やすい。この内容でこの値段はお得感があります。
マクロビオティックどころかお料理自体初心者の私ですが、作ることができました！
