DVD付きでこの価格は正直安いと思ったし、そのため注文する時には若干不安にも
思っていましたが、現物を手に取ったときには逆の意味で予想を裏切られたという
印象をもちました。


まず、書籍が充実しています。
カラー写真は豊富でわかりやすく、陥りがちな悪い見本も示してあってとても
見やすいです。
よくある基本ショットの解説本と比較しても、秀逸な部類に入ると思います。
DVDが無かったとしても価値のある物になっています。


DVDについては、もっと淡々と基本ショットのスイングの解説が行われると思って
いたら、この手の映像には珍しく「魅せる」カメラアングルになっていて、
なかなか楽しめます。もちろん、教則ビデオとしての「見せる」部分についても
十分なクオリティがあって中級者クラスでもなるほどと思わせる内容になって
います。
書籍同様、悪い見本も思わず「あるある！」とうなずいてしまうものでした。

シングルス／ダブルスのゲームにおける配球の解説もうまく編集されているな、
という印象を受けました。

ただ、内容の割には時間が短いため、例えばフットワークにおけるステップの
解説などは「え？これだけ？」というくらいにとどまっています。
これですべて、というわけではなく、エッセンスを凝縮した物と考えると納得
できるのではないでしょうか？


とにかく、この書籍とDVDの内容、モデルのプレイヤーとしてのキャリアを考えると
この値段はかなりお得といえます。
自分のバドミントンを今一度見直す機会になりました。

バドミントンのＤＶＤが少ないなか、値段も手ごろなので買ってみました。

思ってたより、本の内容も充実していて、
ＤＶＤも練習別になっていて見やすかったです。

自分がやっとシャトルを拾っている時の姿と、
ＤＶＤのＮＧ(悪い見本）のプレーがよく似ていて笑ってしまいました。

トッププレーヤーが男性なので、女性の自分には無理な事も多いですが、
トッププレーヤーの練習は自分は真似はできなくても、
とっても刺激になり、イメージトレーニングにもなって参考になりました。

フットワークなど、見ていてほれぼれしてしまい、超カッコいいです！！
何度も見入ってしまいました。

カラー写真が豊富で、非常に分かり易い解説になっています。

よくありがちな間違いはNG例として書いてくれているので、
同じような過ちは回避できます。

DVDも付いており、お値段の割には充分”買い”の一冊と思います。
周りのバド仲間に貸しても喜んでました。
