DVDは寄りと引き両方の画像が見れて、細かいところも全体の動きもとても分かりやすく、
お稽古の時にあやふやになっていた箇所もしっかり確認できます。

本の方もポイントごとに写真がたくさん掲載されていて、説明の文章も初心者にも分かりやすく書かれています。
お稽古だけじゃなく、客の心得・お作法、茶の湯の知識まで…
こんなに盛りだくさんの内容でこのねだん＼（＞▽＜）／

お茶を始めたばかりで、右も左も分からなくなっていた私に、まさしく救いの手を差し伸べてくれた一冊です。
初心者の予習・復習用に必読！
桜井 宗幸さんのやさしい語り口調にも癒されますよ。

お茶をはじめてから１年弱。
お点前のお稽古に入ったのですが、常に先生との一騎打ち。
ひしゃくの持ち方や棗の置き場所、その時々で聞いてもいっぺんに頭に入りません。

この本では、どこを狙ってひとつひとつ動けばいいのか
置けばよいのか(何畳目など)初心者が疑問に思うことが図や写真で非常にわかりやすく
書いてあり腑に落ちます。

またＤＶＤも同様に手元のカメラ、横から引いて写したカメラ
とどちらからも見ることができ、本の図と照らし合わせながらみると
非常にわかりやすいです。

これで予習復習してお稽古に向かえば間違えても
先生が言わんとしていることが理解でき、落ち着いて次に進めるので
初心者にはありがたい一冊です。

最初、だらしない着付の先生が出て来たときは、一体どうなるんだろう？と思いましたが、まあまあ満足いく内容です。普段ぽくと思われているのかは分りませんが、あまりにも着付がひどく驚きました。。。

普段のお稽古の時のような雰囲気で、先生がお話し、説明しながら動作が進むので、肩が凝らず最後まで見ることが出来ます
動作もゆっくりなので、細かい動きまでよく分ります

本の方は、ポイントの写真しか載っていませんから、付録程度と思ったほうがいいと思います
このＤＶＤと他の手引書を用いるとより一層よく分ると思います

でも、全く裏千家のお茶を習った事のないずぶの素人さんが、このＤＶＤだけでお茶の作法をマスターは、出来ないと思います
あくまでも復習予習に用いるのがいいと思います
何事も習ってみないと分らないことが沢山あると思います
