プロジェクトが失敗したり、仕事が上手く行かないほんとうの原因・・

　それは、「能力」の問題よりも、

　「仕事の方法」にある、と。


　「たくさんの人が、仕事のやり方を間違えて、ほんとうの力を生かしていない」


　仕事のやり方の構造＝「創造のプロセス」をわかった上で、取りかからないと

　自分の目標に対しては満点をとったのに、達成レベルが低くて、

　失敗に終ってしまうという悲劇を犯してしまう。

　正しい「仕事の方法」を、

　アメリカズ・カップへのチャレンジのプロセスを通して説明します。


注意が必要なのは、ここで議論されているのは、

　通常のマネジメントではなく、

　イノベーションのためのマネジメント、であること。

　
　マネジメントのライフサイクルを踏まえた上で、

　「ソリューション以降のことが仕事のすべてだと、錯覚してしまわないようにしてください。」と。

　・・・すごい指摘だと思います。

　（編集が変なのか）著者が指導した学生の名前がカタカナになっていたり，どうしてここにその話があるのか分かりにくい筋になっていたりだった．妙なところで衒いというか変なノリみたいなものがあり，なじめなかった．著者の伝えたいこととその重要性はよく分かったけれども，細かなところが雑な印象を受けた．べつな言い方をすると，話に勢いはあるが，書きなぐったような本という印象を受けた．

東大の教授らしいノウハウですね
おそらく実績のある人達は共感でき実践し結果が残るのでしょう

大切なのは継続し続けられるかなんだと思いますが

経験・知識共に不十分な
自分には本質を理解することは出来ませんでした

まあ著者の考えている読者層からは外れていますが

ただ根っこの部分が不確実だと成功はないという件はいいですね

ＭＯＴの第一人者という
言葉が気になり読みましたが意外と面白かったです
