　筆者の考える「頭の良さ」のポイントは、1自分自身の状態（感情）を知っている2困ったときに頼りにできる人間が複数いる3いろいろと起こってくる問題に対する、解決能力が高いの３点だ。2は社会的な処世術、3は環境の変化が激しい現代における柔軟性（対応力）ということになるだろうか。

　そんなことが前書きに記載されていたが、本の内容はこのポイントに沿って体系的に説明されているというわけではない。まとまりがなくランダムに（適当に？）テーマが設定されていて理解しにくい。また、それぞれのテーマの設定（題材）は興味をひかせるようなものになっているが、主題が今ひとつ明確でないように感じた。
