『カラーリング・マンダラ』は「マンダラ塗り絵シリーズ」の第２弾。第１弾の『マンダラ塗り絵』と比べると、サイズは小さめで、薄くて、オシャレな感じ。そのぶん、持ち運びに便利だし、手軽に塗れる。絵柄はというと、さまざまな抽象図形のほかに、花や動物などのユニークなものもあって、なかなかおもしろい。これなら子供たちにもウケるかもしれない。また、一冊塗り終えると、自分だけのオリジナル作品集になるというアイデアもよい。はじめての人には、こちらのほうがおすすめだろう。

非常に微妙な作品ですね。衝撃を受けました（笑）
こちらは「スザンヌ・F.フィンチャー著、正木晃訳　マンダラ塗り絵
（英題：Coloring Mandalas）」の続編ではありません。
正木晃氏による「カラーリングマンダラ」です。
フィンチャー著の続編は「Coloring Mandalas2」です。
表紙がそっくりですね。
第一弾の正木氏の文章は大変為になりましたので、余計複雑な心境です。
やや小型な本書は外へ持ち歩いて塗るのに良いのではないでしょうか。

初めて、マンダラの塗り絵に挑戦しました。
いろいろな絵があり、マンダラそのもののようなものもあれが、動物などのポップなものもあり、色を塗る前からなんとなくわくわくしてしまいました。
そして、いざ縫ってみて、出来上がったものを見てびっくり。すごいきれいでした。
そして色を塗っている作業中はまさに「無心」。
もともと色塗りが好きなので、こういうのには向いているのかもしれません。
鬱々した気持も少しすっきりとしました。

絵や色塗りが好き、すっきりしたい、なんて方にはお勧めです。
