1人目は母乳育児ができず、混合で育てたのですが、2人目はぜひ母乳いっぽんで！と思っていたときに、この本に出会いました。母乳育児というと、「絶対に母乳じゃなきゃだめ！」「赤ちゃんが母乳を飲まないのは、母親の食生活のせい！」といったストイックな調子のものも多いのですが、この本は母乳育児で大切なのは母子のスキンシップ、ということを前提としているので、ダメママな私でも自然に無理無く母乳育児ができるんではないか、という気がしてきました。しかも、授乳法なども結構具体的に書いてあるので、なかなか「使える」本だと思います。

私はもっと前に、この本を読んでいればよかったと思いました。

この本を読んで、今まで肩肘張って、「がんばって」母乳育児を続けていた自分に気づきました。母乳育児って、もっと気楽で楽しいものだということを教えてくれます。病院でいわれていたことが実は間違っていたり、古い考えだったり、ということも分かり、「なーんだ」と思うことも書いてあります。

母乳育児をしようと思っている人、母乳育児で悩んでいる人に是非、読んでほしい本です。

たくさんある　育児の情報に惑わされつつあったある日、この本に出会いました。

授乳間隔が短くならず焦っていた私は、息子を我慢させて泣かせていました。
でもこの本を読んで
『なーんだ、ゆっくりでいいんだ。
　せっかくの授乳期間だもん、息子とのーんびり楽しもう！』と　気持ちが楽になりました。

母乳育児のママでけではなく、ミルク・混合育児のママにも参考になること請合いです。

読後、早速姉妹本の「おっぱいとごはん」も購入し読みました。

卒乳まで、二冊とも手元において繰り返し読みたいと思っています。
