　私は、ぜひこの本実践したいと思います。私にとっては、やっと世界基準の美について、一般にも分かりやすい美容本が出てくれた！という気持ちです。
　
　いまの日本のファッション雑誌の、洋服、ﾒｲｸ法は、とてもかわいい。
一般雑誌でも、ここまで丁寧にファッション、ﾒｲｸ法に書いてある国は他に無いと思う。ひととおり真似すればある程度はだれでも、「街をあるくオシャレさんＯＬ」には見えると思って真似していました。

でも、本当は自分らしさ、個性が出るかはかなり疑問だった。
「とりあえず」と言う気持ちで，真似してました。

　でも、この本での、ｲネスさんの言う
「良く鏡をみて自分の長所を活かす服、ﾒｲｸ髪型はひとそれぞれ違って当然」
という事をあらためて再確認しました。
例えば、日本人に似合うという、アーモンドﾒｲｸをそのまま真似しようという意味ではなく、自分の目の形などをよく把握してﾒｲｸしようという意味だと理解した。　総合的に、イネスさんが言うのは健康が最低条件で、自分という素材を２００％活かすことが美しくなる秘訣だと思う。
そのための詳細（ファッション、ﾒｲｸ、など）写真の図解付きで載っている。
もちろん、日本の出版社なので、とても親切丁寧な解説。
（昔、海外生活しいた時、外国ファッション雑誌はイメージ写真が多く、実践しづらいが日本の雑誌は分かりやすいと痛感した）

　また、イネスさんが言う「美しくない女性なんていない。」
という文章もとても好きです。それに、日本人女性に自信を付けてくれたという事は事実だと思う。

　今までのファッション雑誌に飽きて、ﾓﾃ、ｶﾜｲｲに疑問を感じて、自分らしく個性を出していきたい、と言う人には、おすすめですが、このままのファッション路線がいい人は、向かない本だとは思います。ですので、星四つです。

森理世や知花くららをプロデュースした人が書いた本というので、興味を持って買いました。

たしかに、メイクは、普通の人は、そのまま真似することはできないかもしれません。でも、世界基準の美女のメイクがどういうものかわかるし、メイクテクニックは、普通の人でも十分参考になります。

また着まわし術や、日常生活の立ち居振る舞いの仕方、食生活で気をつけることなど、美女になるためのエッセンスがいっぱい詰まっています。

外面だけでなく、内面から輝く美女を作るというイネスさんの考え方、厳しいレッスンの中で候補者が何人も脱落し、ミス・ユニバースが誕生するまでのドキュメントなど、美女誕生の裏側も載っていて、とても面白かったです。

「世界一の美女」になる、というより、内面から輝き、美しく生きる女性の精神論として、私はバイブルにしたいと思っています。

内容としては『世界一の美女の創りかた』とかなり共通する部分がありますね。
前書でその内容を十分理解できた人ならこっちは必要ないかも。

でも、向こうがやや抽象的なのに対し、こちらは完全なHOW　TO本です。
ファッションやメイクも具体例が挙げられていますし、内面についてもイネスやファイナリストのエピソードが挙げられていてわかりやすい☆

美の指南書は数あれど、「でも具体的にはどう実践すればいいの？」と一歩が踏み出しにくい抽象的な本が多い中、２冊目としてかなり親切なんじゃないかな？というのが素直な感想です。

具体的な一方でこちらだけを読んでイネスのいう『世界基準の美』を理解するのはちょっと難しいかも。単独で読めばファッション誌の特別号を読むくらいの感覚なので・・・
やっぱり『世界一の美女の創りかた』を読んでからこちらを読むことをオススメします★
