タイトルにひかれて買いましたが、正直いまひとつ。
他の本とかぶっているものや、
すでに作り方を知っているものが多く、期待はずれ。
・・・・・たくあん納豆ご飯、まぐろの山かけなど
これから本を見ながら料理をはじめてみようと思っている人には、
簡単に作れるものがのっているのでいいと思いますが、
いろいろなレシピ本を持っている人には物足りなく感じると思います。
ただ、れんこんを使った料理のレシピがたくさんのっていて、
それは参考になったので、☆３つ！

すっごく夢が広がるタイトル！
が、帰宅してよく読むと、レシピそのものは、料理本を何冊か持っていればもう
不要な感じの、ありきたりなレシピが多いのでちょっとがっかりです。
でも、後部にある、藤井家の常備ダレにはちょっとアイディアのあるものがあって
参考になりました。
タイトルですごく期待しすぎたせいでしょうか・・。

藤井恵さんのつまめるTSUMAMIという本を買って、飲み会などでけっこう使えそうなものが多かったのでこの本を買いましたが、本のデザイン自体は好きですがレシピの新鮮さはあんまりないかなぁ…と思いました。
自分の家でも作っているメニューとかぶっていたりするものが多かったので、たまに見ておかずの組合せを考えるのには役に立ちそうです。
