今、大人気の黒豆を扱った本。
決して厚い本じゃないけど、
健康本の安っぽさのないきれいな誌面だし、情報はいっぱい。
とくにレシピは、豆乳などの豆料理で活躍中の林幸子先生が担当していて、
黒豆はお正月に食べる煮豆だけじゃないんだなー！と実感できます。
それから、お茶もおいしくて、感動！
黒豆茶は市販もされているけど、
本の載ってる作り方通りに作ったお茶は、
とても香ばしくてやみつきです！
お酒が飲める人は「黒豆酒」なんかもよそさう。
もうちょっとページ数があるほうが、
値段的には納得できるかもしれないけど、私はこれでも満足でした。
