~ネット上で凄く評判がよかったし、写真もすごく雰囲気あって良かったので買いましたが・・・。
作ってみればごくふつうのお菓子という感じです。
家庭で作る分にはいいのかもしれません。
お菓子教室とか通っていたり、それなりに作っている方には物足りないです。
味は初心者向きですが、作り方等は説明がかなり省略されてるので初心者向きではないので~~すよね・・・。
中途半端な感じです。~

たかこさんの本は、ネットでも大人気だし、本屋で立ち読みしたところ写真もキレイで雰囲気もおしゃれだし、気に入って買ってみました。
レシピを拝見したところ、どれも本当に簡単で、手軽に作れるものばかり。初心者でも、大丈夫だと思います。
ただ、みなさん書かれているとおり、味は私には合わなかったです。
なんか、甘すぎる。。。とてもしつこい甘さです。
何度作ってもそうなので、やはり自分で配合を改めるほかないようです。

アーモンドプードルとフードプロセッサ。
この2つがないとちょっとつらいかもしれません。
あれば簡単なんでしょうけど。
