アメリカン、フレンチカントリーを基盤にした、いい意味でも悪い意味でも「ちはるワールド」な一冊。彼女のテイストが好きでたまらない人にはバイブルとも言えるでしょう。ファンには必携の一冊だと思います。
ただ、その他の方には見るところの少ない本かもしれません。小さくて見辛い写真もあり、ディティールによった物も多く、肝心なインテリアの全体像がつかみづらかった。参考にするというよりは、ビジュアルブック的に楽しむものでは？一概に他の一般のインテリア好きの方にお勧めできるものではありません。

インテリアの本好きでよく買いますが、今迄あるようでなかった本です。
よくあるHow to本でもなく、かっこつけた大人の一般教養としてのインテリアの本でもなく。気負わず読めて、でもちゃっかり参考になったりして、本当満足の１冊でした。中のイラストも可愛いかった！お花のところ、ついつい真似しちゃいました。第２弾が出るのが楽しみです。

インテリア好きの方なら、手元に一冊あるといいなと思うほど、楽しめる本。
写真も多く、「~系」と一括りにできないニュアンスを大切にした部屋作りなので、どなたにも参考になる点は多いはず。甘過ぎず、重厚過ぎず、チープ過ぎず…。写真の撮り方もオシャレで、見ていて飽きない本です。きっと、手放すことは無いでしょう。
