パトリスさんは、フランスのイメージが強いですがモロッコ生まれなのですね。
この本は、生まれ故郷のモロッコのよさを紹介するという趣旨の本です。
モロッコの日常写真がとてもリラックスしていて、色鮮やかで、でも空気が穏やかで。
写真がすべて美しいので、何度眺めてもあきません。
石造りのパティオで気持ち良さそうに寝転がる奥様のユリさんの姿がなんともうらやましい！
簡単なモロッコ料理のレシピものっていますが、あくまで「モロッコに行ってみたくなる写真集+エッセイ」という本です。パラパラ眺めてモロッコへの思いを馳せましょう。

居心地のいいキッチン、と書いてあるのでパトリスさんのこだわりが書いてあるかと思いきや、パトリスさんが選んだ「モロッコの風景」や「モロッコのアイテム」を写真集にまとめた感じで字はコメント程度。とてもきれいな写真ばかりで、気持ちの良い本ですが、眺めて癒される本、といった感じ。ユリさんとの写真もあって全体的に見ていてシンプルできれいです。
文字を期待していたので星４つにしました。
