スタイリングはとても素敵でしたがどこかですでに見たことがある、誰の目にも良いと映るものを紹介しているだけという印象もうけました。そして多くが高価なものばかりです。

わたしの友人でこの本を見て今まで持っていたまだ使える炊飯器を処分してご飯を炊くためにかまどさんを買ったなんていう人がいます。
それって…？？？いまはやりの『毎日の暮らしをたいせつに』とか『スローライフ』とかいうスタイルって結局は見た目から入らなければいけないのか…そしてこの本はその入門書とでもいったところでしょうか。

伊藤まさこさんのセンスや暮らしぶりは素敵だと思います。
だからこそ『良いものを集めて見せびらかす』みたいなのではない本を作っていただきたいです。

著者のこだわりの道具・雑貨が載っていると知って取り寄せましたがもう少し本人の言葉があったらそれぞれの雑貨の対する思い入れが伝わったのでは・・・と思います。
カタログのようにぺらぺらとめくるにはいいですが、私には少し物足りなかったです。

紹介されているものは、今まで何度もいろんなところで紹介されていたものなので特に新鮮味は感じられないかも。ただ、そういった「よいもの」を丁寧に使い続けようという姿勢は見習いたいと思います。どちらかというとカタログ的な印象が強いので、ものにまつわる彼女の暮らしのエピソードなどがもう少しあれば、伊藤さんファンの私としてもうれしかったかな。
