　バナナ好きな私が、タイトルに引かれて買ってしまった一冊。著者は元アナウンサーの大神いずみさん。いわずと知れたジャイアンツの本木選手の奥さま。

　バナナには、免疫力向上・便秘解消・栄養バランスなど、さまざまな｢いいこと｣がある。このあたりは｢雑誌の囲み記事｣位の情報量なので、それほど濃いものではありません。

　バナナを使ったレシピが１５品ほど掲載されています。日々作れるメニューではない感じ（少し子供っぽい感じのメニュー）。

　何よりも、｢バナナ効果を高める｣と謳うエクササイズ法や著者によるミニ・エッセイ。これらはタイトルと無関係な内容であり、本著の半分近くのページを割かれているのには、少し呆れてしまいました。

　バナナ好きな私は、少し後悔しています。
