数ある本の中で一番見易く、簡単に出汁を取れました。

今まで出汁を取った事が無かったのですが、
わかりやすい文章に、１動作毎の詳しい写真も載っていて初心者でも大丈夫でした。

今のところ昆布水出汁３リットルをベースに
一番出汁３リットル
二番出汁３リットル
三杯酢２００CC（←コレは辰巳芳子さんのレシピで）
週１ペースで作って冷凍保存しつつ使っています。

お気に入りの教科書です。
